The Obligatory Annual Office Update!

It's been nearly a year since our last blog post, but fear not Bookrite fans, for the wait is over. All of the Bookrite employees have had an exciting few weeks so strap yourselves in for the obligatory annual office update!

Here at the Old Engine House, things have been ticking along well over the past year; working hard and gaining new clients. Chloe has been keeping everything as organised as possible, even adding a new filing wall. A sleek new printer has also made its way to the office, along with a set of new computers. All in all, things are looking very up-together here.

Last weekend was a busy few days for Beth, Chloe, and I. Firstly, I made my way to London to see Taylor Swift at Wembley Stadium on her Reputation tour, which was an incredible experience, having been a fan of hers for so long and never having seen her live before. On Saturday evening, Beth and Chloe went to Cardiff to see Ed Sheeran, which was the second time for Beth. This was much enjoyed, even if he had to stop mid-song for a toilet break!

Both Beth and Jane are looking forward to going on holiday this year; Jane is taking a trip to Portugal with her family, and Beth will be going to Florida with her fiance this October. Being fans of the Halloween holiday, Beth and Tom are excited to spend it in the Universal Studios Theme park, with many a "fright night" planned! Of course no trip to universal studios would be complete without spending time at the Harry Potter Park (I'm so jealous). In fact, it is exactly 100 days until Beth's outward flight, as everybody in the office is reminded of regularly.

Having recently finished my first year of University at Bristol, working at Bookrite is a welcome change to the chaos of living in a big city. So don't worry, there will be pleanty more installments of the Bookrite blog to come!
